Hi, I'm Finn.
I'm a basketball reporter, writer, and analyst who strives to grow the game through positivity and expert insight.
Currently in my second year at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU), I'm making the most of my Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus in Sport Media​. As a student enrolled in the Canadian-famous RTA program at TMU, I've dipped my toe in the water of every hands-on experience that I've been able to.
Whether it's on-air reporting, an in-studio role for live sport production, or creating written work for the school's newsletter, my initiative to give things a try has given me a wide range of skills!
The thrive as a media personality, though. My character keeps audiences entertained, and my analysis keeps audiences informed.
My Mission
With the content I make, I strive to create a wave of positivity in the sport media space.
A ton of analysis online is fuelled by two oppositions arguing over an opinion, and it creates a toxic environment around games that are supposed to make the viewer's lives fun.
That's why I highlight the things that make people smile. My content consists of recognizing high-level play, and avoiding putting down the takes of other analysts. I break down all kinds of basketball--both at the professional and college levels--and provide my professional opinion on the ups and downs of the game. This may include a highlight on a specific player, team, or trends within the sport as a whole.
I also have a knack for finding unique stats and trends to entertain audiences. My elite knowledge of the game of basketball provides interesting facts that is hard to find anywhere else in the sport media community.
